Community 20 – Tema
Enclave Gardens
This is a joint venture project between Assenta Property Consulting and HFC (now Republic Bank Ltd). The project involved the construction and sale of 23 townhouses.
Assenta was appointed as the developer and was responsible for the entire development process from design, construction, and completion.
Republic Bank was the financial partner.
Kumasi
KNUST Jubilee Mall
Jubilee Mall is a mini-mall extending to approximately 3,500 sqm.
Assenta was appointed project manager for the project. As part of its role, Assenta carried out a portfolio analysis and investment appraisal of the project which helped increase the rental level and occupancy level.
Assenta is currently managing this asset.
Airport Residential Area.
Teyfield Court
This is a development of a 9-unit townhouse at the Airport Residential Area, Accra. Assenta initiated the project and was appointed develop-ment manager. The project has been successfully completed and is currently known as the Alvanti Residence Hotel.
