Meet Our Team

Yaw holds an MSc in Property Development and Management (UK), and he is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK) as well as the Ghana Institution of Surveyors. Yaw has over 20 years’ property experience.
Yaw has extensive network of contacts in Ghana and has completed some of the key property transactions in Ghana. Currently he is the foremost valuer in the country.

Kwabena worked with British Railways which later become Railtrack and is currently known as Network Rail. At Rail Track Kwabena commenced his career as assistant area track engineer with responsibility of overseeing 119km of track lines. On leaving Rail Track Kwabena joined London Underground where he was involved in a number of projects as well as the day to day management of the underground infrastructure.
Kwabena holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Greenwich University in the UK and an MSc in Design and Manufacturing Management and Quality Systems from South Bank University, UK. Kwabena is a member of the permanent Way Institute and the Institute of Mechanical Engineers in the United Kingdom.

Kwaku later joined King Sturge SA/NV in Brussels where he was mainly involved in valuations. Kwaku currently focuses on agency work and has completed a number of transactions in the recent past to include sale of PHC Estates portfolio in Accra.Kwaku holds a BSc (Hons) Land Economy (Ghana) and an MSc in Real Estate Finance from the University of Reading (UK). He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK) and the Ghana Institution of Surveyors.

Ahenkro later joined Fiege Merlin at Milton Keynes as Distribution Administrator until he relocated to Ghana to join Assenta. Ahenkro’s experiences in Ghana include Ghana Education Service as Geography Tutor. Ahenkro holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Ghana, Legon and an MBA in Global Strategy and International Business from University of Sunderland (UK).
